- The nature and scale of the installation project dictates how long the task will take to complete.
- For something the scale of a typical 4-bedroom house, thoroughly covered with a modern intruder alarm, a full day’s installation would be required.
- All our installations include a full demonstration of your system and any apps included will be set up and configured to your satisfaction.
- Our apps require a good domestic-level Wi-Fi connection, so please ensure you have a home internet connection and Wi-Fi hub.
- To help configure any apps, you’ll need to know your Apple/Google Play Store username and password to download our security app.
- During your initial consultation we will highlight areas to you where we aim to install hardware around your property. We would ask that those areas are free of furniture and ornaments prior to the day of installation to allow easy access for our technicians to work.

Our Maintenance Program offers a 12-month contract with no obligation to renew. It is our desire to provide you with not only complete care for our systems, but also a seamless and dedicated customer experience. In delivering this level of support, we use the strength of our products and services to develop long term mutual partnerships with our customers.
Of course you can. While we will do our very best to deliver the best possible services to you, we are also pragmatic and mature in our approach, understanding that circumstances always change.
Should you wish to source another provider that’s your business. We will not lock you out of your own systems, the products you bought from us are yours to keep and handle exactly as you see fit.
Our main objective is to work around you and ensure you are not put at any disadvantage at all. In terms of care and consideration, we will treat your property as though it was our own. Our engineers take all the precautions to wear protective equipment, including boot covers, to ensure your home or office is kept clean. Where holes need to be drilled, we will vacuum away and debris and take care to keep any wiring safe and tidy.
There will be a window of around 10 minutes where we will need to turn the power off to your address, and you’ll be given advanced warning of that.
