Complete Physical Security Management Provision
During the inquiry into our services and throughout scoping your requirements, we will appoint a dedicated Operations Manager with your service and needs in mind. This oversight of the project will be your liaison to communicate any nuances in the project and it will be their mission to ensure you have both a diligent security detail and complete satisfaction.
You can have peace of mind in your security provision as all officers receive regular but unscheduled supervisory visits to ensure they are providing the best possible service to our clients. These visits are fully documented, and summaries are available for inspection if required. In addition to these visits, our Operations Manager will be in regular contact with our client's representative to ensure that we are meeting our contractual duties and to review the service levels required.

Specialist Mobile Patrol Vehicles
Colt Security Systems can also provide, for premises that do not require a static security guard, a mobile patrol service. This service, which can be offered in addition to the other services available, involves a Patrol Officer attending the client's premises (in a sign-written vehicle), to carry out agreed inspections. Patrol vehicles are fitted with 24-hour GPS tracking devices so we can determine what areas are being patrolled and how often to give you satisfaction that a diligent job is being conducted.
