For an annual fee, (click here for pricing) there are simply no other hidden costs. All batteries, call out fees, and labour charges are included in the value so you don’t have to worry about affordability before you make the call to us.
Inspection Visit
Within our detailed analysis of your system we will replace any batteries that are required to be changed at no further cost. After the inspection visit, we will provide a ‘Inspection Certificate’, highlighting all checks that have been carried out.
This certificate may be required by your insurance company and will reassure them as to the integrity of your systems.
24/7 Response
If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely, we will attend site within 4 hours for emergency breakdowns (as per NSI guidelines).
In reality we are often on site well before the 4 hour target even in remote locations, or if the call was made to us in the early hours of the morning. At Colt Security Systems, you can be sure that we are here for you at any given minute, 365 days a year.
Telephone Support
Your enquiry will be handled efficiently; be that any alarm configuration change, an alarm reset, setting up additional CCTV app users or deactivating a door entry fob, the team are always willing to exceed your expectations.
Discounted Prices
Our technicians will work to fix any problems to negate any costs, sometimes replacement parts will need to be used to ensure your system remains operable. In a bid to look after our customers, all our replacements parts are sourced and installed at discount prices with zero labour costs applied.
How Long is our Maintenance Contract for?
Our optional maintenance program is a rolling 12-month contract and we will notify you ahead of any renewal date.
