Since 2010, when we fitted our first installation with PDQ IT Support Ltd, we have been working tirelessly to exceed their security needs and expectations. After conducting our free survey for PDQ IT Support Ltd, we were able to provide a significant upgrade to their existing system and modernise every aspect of their installation. Choosing a Police response alarm was a wise choice for our client given the high value nature of the assets concerned and the potential sensitivity of the data being handled. A control panel replacement was also required, this upgrade enabled operability for our Smart Phone app so our client could see the live status of his systems and receive notifications of any state changes. However, along with this we enabled many other features, including:
- Real time alerts via App & alarm receiving centre (Activations, Set/Unset & Mains fails).
- Ability to arm and deactivate alarm systems remotely.
- Improved visual deterrent with an alarm sounder upgrade.
- Signalling unit upgrade ensured the system is ready for the 2025 PSTN switch off.
